• Do you feel productive one week and not the next?

  • Do you notice your moods and motivation change throughout the month?

  • Do you feel on top of the mental load one minute and drowning it in the next?

  • Are you supporting someone who has recently started their period and would like to empower them to know more than you did at that age?

Menstrual Cycle Awareness (MCA) can help you make sense of those patterns and work with your body’s natural rhythm in a society that runs on a 24 hour clock that was not designed for us.

I discovered MCA a decade ago and it changed my life. I couldn’t understand why we weren’t being taught this sooner! MCA helps you understand your body’s natural rhythm so you can work with it, not against it. By learning how your hormones influence your energy, focus, and emotions, you can be empowered to put strategies in place to support yourself during each phase of your cycle.

Cycle awareness can help to reduce burnout, ease self-criticism, and bring a sense of balance to everyday life.

As a Menstrual Cycle Coach, I believe you have all the resources within you to live harmoniously with your cycle. Together, we work to unlock those resources in collaborative and cosy sessions either face to face in Crowborough or online. Archetypes, cycle tracking, cycle frameworks, menstrual journeying, menstrual joys and shadows….we can explore all kinds of menstrual magic that will enable you to spot patterns, gain insight and be empowered to manage you cycle - and we’ll have fun in the process! I can also support you with nervous system regulation protocols if appropriate.

I am not medically trained and will not be able to diagnose or provide any medical advice. I can support with preparing for medical appointments, navigating the NHS and advocating for yourself when it comes to healthcare. I can also signpost you to credible, high quality, evidence based resources. Menstrual cycle coaching may not be able to fix issues you are experiencing, and I encourage you to seek appropriate medical advice.

Modern life is built around a 24-hour cycle; wake, work, repeat. But women’s bodies follow a roughly 28-day cycle, with shifting hormones, energy, and needs. Menstrual cycle awareness helps you stop forcing yourself into a rhythm that isn’t yours, and start living in tune with the one that is.

If you would like to work with me, we would have an initial conversation and then you would need to complete a coaching agreement and registration questionnaire. Sessions take place either face to face in Crowborough or online. Sessions are typically 1 hour (the first session may be longer).
