Menstrual Cycle Awareness (MCA) can help you make sense of those patterns and work with your body’s natural rhythm in a society that runs on a 24 hour clock that was not designed for us.

I discovered MCA a decade ago and it changed my life. By learning to track my cycle, I became empowered to live in sync with my menstrual cycle and it has had a positive impact on my work, relationships and overall wellbeing. I trained to be a Menstrual Cycle Coach so I could help others discover the same!

I offer 1-2-1 and group coaching either online or face to face in my dedicated space in Crowborough and see clients from menarche (teens) to menopause. I have an enhanced DBS and am fully insured - find out more about me here!

My approach to menstrual cycle coaching is all about creating a safe, non-judgemental space where you can slow down, be heard, and reconnect with yourself. I believe you already hold the wisdom you need and my role is to help you uncover it. Through open-ended questions, listening and reflection, I guide you to notice patterns, gain clarity, and feel more empowered in how you live with your cycle. Each session is collaborative and compassionate; a space where your experience leads the way. Together, we unlock what’s already within you, helping you experience a more harmonious relationship with your body and be empowered to support yourself during each phase of your cycle. In sessions, we will explore things like menstrual cycle awareness, cycle tracking, menstrual joys and shadows and menstrual journeying.

Menstrual cycle coaching helps you understand your body’s natural rhythm so you can work with it, not against it. By learning how your cycle influences your energy, focus, and emotions, you can put strategies in place to support yourself. I am beside you as you make these changes as a supporter and collaborative partner. I work with women from menarche (first period) right through to post-menopausal. If you are on the pill or don’t currently have a cycle, but are keen to explore MCA further, I can work with you around the moon cycle; do reach out if you’d like to discuss this further.

I can signpost you to credible sources of information, support you to identify patterns in symptoms, and help you to prepare for medical appointments and advocate for yourself effectively if required. It is not guaranteed that Menstrual Cycle Coaching can fix the challenges you may be experiencing.

Sessions are then bookable 1-2-1 either in the evening or on a Thursday during the day. You will need to complete a screening questionnaire and complete a coaching agreement prior to beginning.
