Nervous System Regulation Block of 6 sessions
Use this option to book a block of 6 sessions that I recommend are used within 6 months. Ideally we would spread them fortnightly.
Over the 6 sessions we will explore key areas of the body that hold tension, including the feet, pelvis, ribcage, shoulders, neck, throat and tongue. You will become more aware of these areas of the body, complete a series of exercises to release and nourish the body, and experience the somatic dream journey in each session. You will have the opportunity to discuss the messages received from the body during sessions, and set an action plan to integrate these.
The 6 sessions will raise your awareness of where you hold tension, give you the change to nourish your body and rest, build nervous system resilience in day to day life, and have agency moving forward to manage your emotions. The movements release tension, give your internal organs space to relax and allow the fascia to release and re-organise. I create a warm, safe and nourishing environment for us to work together for your body to be deeply cared for.
Before we begin, we will discuss your goals and we will both sign an agreement that clearly lays out the scope and boundaries of this work.
