Menstrual Cycle Awareness workshop - Fri 17th May - 8-9:45pm

This workshop is aimed at women and menstruators who would like to explore the concept of menstrual cycle awareness in a safe, cosy and supportive environment. 

The workshop will be held in Crowborough at a local village hall venue.

Light refreshments will be provided and there is plenty of parking available. A small self care gift will also be provided. 

Attendees will get the opportunity to learn about menstrual cycle awareness, work in groups and have some individual reflection time. The aims of the workshop are:

To explore and discuss the concept of menstrual cycle awareness

To discuss the different physical and emotional symptoms that may be experienced during each phase

To discuss practical tools and strategies that can be used to allow you to live in harmony with your menstrual cycle

To explore how menstrual cycle awareness and cycle tracking can have a positive impact on many areas of your life, including family, relationships, work and more

To consider a range of cyclical frameworks, including the life cycle and those found in nature, and how this knowledge might help us to live more cyclically

To connect with other women and feel nourished, educated and supported

Please note that whilst peri-menopause may come up and be discussed, it is not the main focus of this workshop. Please also note that individual medical advice will not be given.
