
Seasons of Sisterhood
A year long journey for girls aged 10-12 years old that builds sisterhood, and empowers them for their rite of passage into young adulthood.
Seasons of Sisterhood is a unique year long journey for your daughter to explore a wide range of topics in a safe and supportive environment, at a crucial point in their journey to young adulthood.
Developed to run in harmony with the seasons, the journey will consist of five face to face circles and monthly online calls. Topics will include self esteem, body image, friendship, community and much more! Puberty will also be covered, including the menstrual cycle.
Seasons of Sisterhood is developed and run by Beth Moxon and Lotty Lawrence. Beth is the founder of Bloom & Belong and a current Director of 6th Form at a local secondary school. She is a qualified teacher, DBS cleared, an accredited menstrual cycle coach, with extensive experience facilitating and running workshops and circles for girls. Lotty is a qualified English teacher with extensive experience working in inner city and rural secondary schools. Lotty has developed a wellbeing curriculum for teens, and works with young people to develop their self-esteem and coping skills. Lotty and Beth bring their wealth of knowledge and experience to Seasons of Sisterhood will provide a unique, educational and powerful support to your daughter through this transformational year of her life.
The aim is for your daughter to emerge from the group well informed, confident, empowered, prepared, and with a group of girls by their side who will continue to support and champion each other - and thus experience and enjoy the incredible power of sisterhood.
We begin in the summer of 2025 and spaces are limited to 12 girls.
