Hi, I’m Beth, a qualified teacher, Menstrual Cycle Coach and First Moon Circle Facilitator.

I am really passionate about all young people receiving high quality period education, and I run a wide range of events and workshops in schools and communities across the UK.

First Moon Circles: These beautiful 3 hour workshops are for 8-13 year old girls and a parent/carer. They are designed to educate and empower girls to manage their menstrual cycles.

School workshops: I run school workshops that are tailored to your schools’ needs and enhance your PSHE curriculum with specialist, high quality resources and facilitation.

Menstrual cycle awareness workshops: I run regular workshops for adults on Menstrual Cycle Awareness - check the bookings page for upcoming dates.

Dad Discussions: These online events are for Dads who wish to learn more about the menstrual cycle to support the women and girls in their lives.
